By accessing and using the IntegCrypt website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

IntegCrypt provides custom notebook and stationery design, manufacturing, and sales services to customers primarily in Canada. Our services include:

• Custom notebook and stationery design
• Online ordering and payment processing
• Manufacturing and production services
• Shipping and delivery services
• Customer support

3. User Account

To place orders, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by IntegCrypt. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs are additional unless otherwise stated.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship primarily within Canada. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Custom products are generally not eligible for return unless defective. Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Custom design fees are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of IntegCrypt and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Custom Design Rights

For custom designs:

• You retain rights to your original content and logos
• IntegCrypt retains rights to design templates and methodologies
• You grant us permission to use designs for portfolio purposes
• Final design files remain our property unless otherwise agreed

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Create offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to harm our systems or other users
• Engage in fraudulent activities

10. Limitation of Liability

IntegCrypt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IntegCrypt from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
